Courtney J Cook Fine Home Building is a custom green
home builder with a passion for designing and building
unique, sustainable and affordable homes. We are
professional craftsman who enjoy building energy-efficient
homes, remodels, and additions that are high in quality and
performance. Homes that are built with green products and
use green practices have less impact to the Earth and are
sound investments in you and your families future.

CJC Fine Home Building can design and build any style of
home using a combination of construction methods. We
can build various styles of homes including Colonial,
Victorian, Craftsman, Ranch, Mountain Rustic, Japanese,
Contemporary, or Modern. You many have you own unique
vision to suit your taste. We can take your ideas from
design, to finish. We are experienced with construction
methods includes traditional framing, log framing, timber
framing, Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), prefab walls and
prefab trusses. Using a combination of construction
methods will net you the most value for your dollars.
