I found Dr. Lavigne’s office after relocating from NYC. My front tooth was discoloring over the last few years, and it was finally noticeable enough in photos that I wanted to address it. I haven’t had a lot of dental work, and it was my front tooth, so I researched cosmetic dentists in the Boston area. I’m so glad I found this office. It would have been easy for her to convince me to put a crown or veneer on the dark tooth, but instead she sent me to a root canal specialist (who was awesome) to have bleaching on the inside of the tooth performed. Now you can’t even tell anything ever happened to it. The office is beautiful, welcoming, SO clean and friendly, but best of all they’re honest. While her cosmetic dentistry is top notch, Dr. Lavigne only does it when the circumstance is appropriate. I still have my natural front tooth thanks to her!

Courtney Lavigne Dentistry is by far the best dental office of the area. The office is wonderfully designed, equipped with the newest equipment, and has a great home-like feel! Dr. Lavigne is an impeccable person and dentist--she is highly knowledgeable and has a passion for dentistry. She treats every patient with care and conducts every procedure the way she would if it was her own mouth. Dr. Lavigne does not cut corners and evaluates every problem thoroughly with the help of an amazing staff. Dr. Lavigne's cosmetic knowledge is incredibly extensive--I had composite bonding done last year on my top eight front teeth and they are beyond what I could have hoped for! I would 100% recommend Dr. Lavigne--Courtney Lavigne Dentistry is outstanding.

Dr Lavigne and her staff are wonderful. We switched for our whole family from another dentist in town and couldn't be happier with our care and every experience in the office. We recently had an emergency with our 6 yr old at the end of the day and her team was patient, kind and understanding with a very scared little boy. They worked diligently to find a solution that worked for him, calmed him down and and got him the care that he needed. At the end he even said a crooked smiled thank you on the way out the door. We all did.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lavigne's since January and it has been nothing but a positive experience! Dr. Lavigne and her staff are friendly and professional and always make you feel welcome. At every appointment Dr. Lavigne walked me through all the details of the procedure and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything she was doing. Highly recommended!!

After a ski accident 12 years ago, my four front teeth were seriously damaged and I was given the option to get veneers by my previous dentist. They turned out nicely, but over time my front tooth (which I had a root canal in) started to turn really grey. I became very insecure with my smile over time and decided that I wanted to try some other method of cosmetic dentistry to try to repair my smile. My new dentist at the time put crowns over my two front teeth to try to mask the grey and left my old veneers on the lateral incisors. After a short period of time the grey quickly came through again and it was apparent more than ever to me that I had a fake looking set of teeth. I felt really discouraged and thought that I would never fully be happy with my smile again and I’d just have to deal with what I had. Then I met Dr. Courtney Lavigne…she offered to provide me with a consultation to discuss my options. I had no real intention of undergoing this process again unless I could ultimately guarantee that my smile would be fixed. Dr. Lavigne instantly instilled a truly genuine sense of confidence in me that she would be able to deliver the results that I had been looking for all along. It wasn’t just the fact that she is highly acclaimed for her cosmetic dental work but that she was completely upfront and honest with me about what was needed and what I could expect. I went into every appointment greeted kindly by Becky at the front desk and welcomed warmly by Dr. Lavigne and her assistant Kelly. They always asked me the right questions and walked me through each and every thing we were doing. At every appointment, I was completely comfortable and aware of what they were doing and what the outcome would be. I went through a series of internal bleachings on my grey tooth, received periodontal work from Dr. Sterio (who I would also HIGHLY recommend) to fix the greyness that was appearing through my gums and was made beautiful sets of temporary teeth by Dr. Lavigne to go through this whole process with. The temporary teeth were so real looking and functional that my friends thought I had already done my teeth after my first appointment with Dr. Lavigne. While the process was long, I never once questioned that my outcome would be nothing short of perfect. Every time we put in a new set of temporary teeth after a bleaching, Dr. Lavigne would ask me what I liked and didn’t like and told me to be upfront so that we could get them perfect because she "will not let you leave her office until you are 100% satisfied". I finally got my new crowns on right before vacation last week and I was enamored. These are the most beautiful, real looking teeth I could have ever imaged having. I feel so comfortable with my smile again (a feeling I haven't felt in a really long time) and I can’t help but smile so big when talking with people because I no longer have the concern that they are looking at my grey tooth or my fake smile. I am SO grateful for all of the time and effort Dr.Lavigne and Kelly took to make my smile perfect. I have now decided to see Dr. Lavigne regularly for all of my dental work because my experience from day 1 has been nothing short of amazing. Seriously, if you are considering cosmetic dentistry in the slightest, I urge you to consult with Dr. Lavigne -- I promise you will not be disappointed and it will be the best decision you’ll ever make!
