The rooms are absolutely beautiful, super modern  and super clean. This hotel surely has made every last detail important. From the colors to light fixtures. And the staff super friendly and helpful.

I booked a Queen room for 4 guests with breakfast included. Talk about false advertising. The breakfast included unappealing to-go items from the 'bistro' and I was told only good for 2 guests. Given the selection we ate elsewhere anyway. Upon check-in the room was not ready for 4 guests so we had to call down for more towels. The next day we were out from 11am-11pm and no one serviced the room. So we had to call down for towels again, unacceptable. The third day we had to call down for toilet paper. I'm not sure what exactly I paid for since we didn't get the service or breakfast that was to be included. When I complained at check-out the best the rep could do was give me $50 off and would 'look into it and call me'. I never got a call, surprise. Don't waste your money, there are far better values for the money in Austin.

Rooms were very clean and laid out very well. Staff was courteous. This was a quick trip for the wife and I and this place was very nice

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel's bistro cafe was delicious, though pricey. I would have preferred a free continental breakfast.

The rooms are super clean.  Very friendly and accommodating staff.  Beds very comfortable.  Good food and Starbucks coffee.
