No room service even though they have an in hotel restaurant. They refused to bring any orders to your room.  I would’ve spent quite a bit on their menu, but as I was already in my pjs, I chose a local delivery service instead. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Finally! A comfy bed! It was firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to avoid pressure points. No springs in my ribs! The bedding and bathroom were luxurious. Very clean, lovely hotel. Our host that checked us in last night was very friendly and helpful. This morning, however, we had to argue with the operations manager because our rate (which we got from the Marriott app) included the breakfast package but he said he'd never heard of that. Yet, when we pressed the matter he produced two tickets for breakfast for the exact package I had claimed. How could he produce tickets for something he'd never heard of? If you want breakfast here, the prices are high. But, for this princess who can feel every pea, the beds make this morning's hassle worth it.

Well appointed hotel room, newer design, comfortable bed, large shower (no tub.) Very quiet. Decent food in Bistro, on site. Friendly manager on duty at check-in.

I loved the place. We were so well taken care of when when we asked for special assistance three times in one evening. Totally accommodated. Steve, the afternoon/evening guy was so well representative of the Rapid City Grand stay.
