We stayed in the hotel over Christmas. I was so thankful for the cheery, helpful staff who made out stay so easy and positive. The rooms are gorgeous - we stayed in a handicap accessible room, and it was spacious and FULL of outlets. Great blackout shades and beautiful shower. Beds very firm and lots of places to set things down.

Everyone at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay.a comfortable one. That's not easy when you have a group of 45. Our breakfast server was outstanding...very attentive to keeping food hot and plentiful.

Stayed 1/27/18 Loved this hotel. Quiet, Clean, NEW and close to everything including 12 Oaks Mall. VERY friendly staff. Quick check in. Relaxing pool and hot tub. Large work out room and a laundry area. I will def stay here again when in town!

Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean, modern, and fairly spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and updated property. Staff was very accommodating. Bistro wasn't able to accommodate the volume during breakfast at existing staffing level, so I ate off property for meals, but the staff overall was pleasant. WiFi was complete garbage.
