Very friendly, helpful staff. And they have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. The rooms are also very quiet. We couldn't hear anything from neighboring rooms. So we were very satisfied with our stay. That said, we did have a problem with a toilet in one of our rooms, but the staff were quick to respond the issue. And they left cookies for the kids as compensation for the inconvenience. That was nice of them. We didn't have a refrigerator, but found out later it's something you need to request. I don't feel like those are things that should lose stars, though.

The floor I was on seem to be in heavy construction. Did have some moldy smell. The room I was in did have a semll of.high moisture or some water damage , though the front desk refused. The hotel was sold out so they could not move me. Will not stay in this hotel again. Though my two stars are all for the firendly staff there.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff was kind and meet all my needs!!

Amazing staff. We stayed there after being evacuated during the Harvey floods. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly.
