The Courtyard by Marriott at the Ithaca Tompkins County Regional Airport was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The first rooms were spacious and quite. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for great service!!!!!!!

We checked in around midnight after traveling all day from Spokane, WA. The night clerk was completely indifferent and acted as though he would rather have been doing something else and as if we were interrupting him. Not what you expect at this type of establishment after traveling all day. No complaints about the room though. Spotless and comfortable!

Location was a little confusing to access. Rooms were very large and very comfortable, Service was amazing. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Very happy with my stay.

We booked our room over four months in advance at a premium rate (66% more than today's advertised rate) When we arrived 1-1/2 hours after their stated 4pm check-in time at 5:30pm, we were advised by Rik the receptionist, that we had a choice of a room beside the elevator or another that was across from the ice machine on the main floor. When I expressed my concerns with Phil the manager, he replied "Date of booking does not hold any weight in where your room is blocked in the hotel" . I am guessing Phil has never tried to sleep in the room across from their noisy ice machine that apparently gets accessed until 5am. The excuse that I never told them that I didn't want one of the noisiest rooms in the place at the time of booking is in my opinion self serving. There are plenty of nice hotels around the Ithaca area for my next stay. I will not be back. There are enough disruptive forces in the hotel business' market that will correct this behaviour in due time.

I really liked this hotel. Every staff member was smiling and willing to help. The rooms were clean and lobby looked newly renovated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Rick who was generous to make recommendations and gave us a visitor's guide, as well as a list of local places. He was welcoming and his knowledge is greatly appreciated. Can't wait to go back!!
