First the good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is nice. Now the not so good. There is a overwhelming musty odor in the room. Also the pool is not heated and then both the pool and the hot tub did not have the filters working. Then they have a fire pit and it is not working. Apparently it has been this way for over a week and still they havent planned to fix it. They don't have a towel area for the pool so you have to use your towels from the room and so later you have to remember to ask them for extra ones.

Staying for the weekend, got a very nice room right off the elevator, room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Bed was amazing and the location is decent right near the airport close to a large shopping center and a variety of restaurants. It was very easy to navigate Jacksonville from here. p.s. there were sheets to the pull out bed in the drawer

Stopped in on my return trip from Hurricane Irma evacuation. They didn't have any rooms available at 9pm but allowed us to use their breakfast area to sit, eat the sandwiches we had (they do have food available for purchase as well) and plan out our next step without having to sit in the car. Person at the front desk was extremely courteous.

There was staff shortage overnight and the blankets were very thin. However, the room was very spacious and the shower was awesome. Everything was clean and orderly.

Would not stay here again. Live roaches walking in the hallway on the way to the room. Strong musty odor in the room upon entering. Overall did not feel comfortable here.
