The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and and elegant. The outdoor courtyard had nice furniture and a gas fireplace to stay warm by. One excellent feature of this hotel is the coffee bar featuring Starbucks coffee.

They dont have the pool or the hot tub.
But it is a very nice hotel. Very warm and inviting when you first walk in. And the staff always there to meet every need. Even for the most pampered guest.

You PAY for what you get - no amenities not nailed down. Do not book rooms via third party or expect unpleasant surprises. They cater to groups.

Great, clean room. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were all very friendly. I appreciate the touches they've taken to make it look modern and the "homey" feel of the common areas. It was located close to downtown and my business office, but away from the crowd. Great place to stay!

FALSE ADVERTISING!! 

My mother and I were traveling on a long road trip and booked a lengthy stay at this hotel through AAA.  However, we were visiting my family with young kids who I am sure you can imagine were excited to come visit us and enjoy the SWIMMING POOL! Every single website showed a beautiful indoor swimming pool at the Courtyard Hotel by Marriott and listed it in the additional features – WRONG!  We get here, get settled, and look everywhere for a pool – NO POOL!  We talk to the front desk that informed us they USED to have a pool but not longer do AND that a lot of people complain because it’s posted that they do have a pool – SO THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION!  They are aware that everywhere online shows that they have a nice indoor pool, yet they no longer do.  Let me tell you about the rest of the cons – the room in impractical with lack of drawer space, the fridge only stays cold for 2 hour intervals, the sink has no room for you to put anything around it, there is no free breakfast, no microwave and some crappy coffee is provided in the room but if you want anything good you have to BUY Starbucks at the bistro.  Now, I will say the room is nice and clean, the shower is nice and big plus we like that it is separate from the sink area, and the TV is really nice along with the pillows.  In the end I am just so angry about the false advertising – the whole reason we booked this hotel over any other hotel was so that my nieces and nephews could come here and swim with us!!  We could have booked a different, cheaper hotel that was nice and clean and provided more accommodations – including a pool!  DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS FALSE ADVERTISING AND LYING HOTEL!
