Don't recommend this hotel. The parking lot is not secure and there are no outdoor cameras. 8 vehicles had windows knocked out last night, including mine. When myself and another guest asked the front desk what they're doing about this, they had nothing for us. No apology, no we'll be doing nightly checks, just nothing. Not sure if this is normal Alabama hospitality or isolated to this hotel. Additionally, I found it out of the ordinary  that the employees that work overnight are smokers and frequent ones. However, they didn't notice 8 vehicles getting ransacked? Seems suspicious and convenient. Let's not forget that a manager hasn't contacted any of the victims. Now I fear whether or not it will happen again during my stay.

I was very pleased with everything at this hotel. It started with a late check in, the young lady at the front desk was very polite, friendly and made me feel welcome. She explained to me the easiest way to my room and told me to enjoy my stay. The room was phenomenal, beds were super soft. I was very pleased with this hotel and will make sure to book a room here again next time I need a room in Prattville.

Booked 2 rooms. Both were clean and comfortable. All staff was courteous and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice hotel clean rooms good service.  Had small problem when leaving, saw cleaning lady putting out fresh sheets and towels getting ready to clean.   The only problem she had them sitting on the hallway floor and she now was going to use them as cleaning.  It was also raining the night before so I wonder are those items really clean and did I have clean sheets and towels.
