Great location.. took a cruise out of new Orleans..they offer parking while on your cruise.  We stayed the night before and the night after our cruise.  Felt very safe. It took us ten minutes by car to get to our Cruise port.  Our room was very clean the decor was modern.. very nice.  The bed was extremely comfortable.  The staff was very helpful with the numerous questions we had.  Will stay here again when we are travelling in the area.

Awesome hotel, dreadful staff. Can't find anyone who's kind or knowledgeable about their job.
Would love to see a more welcoming group of people here, it's a nice place. Rooms are very nice and modern. Food is decent.

The hotel is located close to the pier. Our room's was ready when we arrived. The room are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. We was very happy with our stay.

It was a flat experience. I wasn't impressed at all. This is my 1st time of staying in Courtyard and will never want the experience a 2nd time.
There were no water in the refrigerator to welcome thirsty guests. There are no teas and coffees complimentary to guests.
No vending machine rather they had a fridge shelf where water and sodas are sold for $3.00 each, which is ordinarily  $1 at a vending machine.
It wasn't  guest friendly at all.

Seems fairly new. Pretty good service, fairly clean, a little on the noisy side. Affordable hotel though, with free parking not far from hot spots in New Orleans.
