This is a great hotel and would recommend to anyone. The hotel is located right between the river and the baseball stadium and is only about a year old. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly smaller than I'm used to but are very nicely furnished and have everything you could need. (mini fridge, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc.) The hotel also has a small fitness center, pool/Jacuzzi, a 24hr mini market, and a small bistro for meals.

A very nice hotel in Reno. There room is a little small, but not cramped. The bed is comfortable. The staff is nice and very helpful. I loved the shower area. It was very spacious and the water was powerful coming from the shower head.
The TV was nice because I could log into my Netflix account on the TV itself. The only bad part is that I had a king sized bed and the TV was turned at an odd angle, so I had to lay diagonally across the bed to watch comfortably. 
I would stay there again.

Newly redesigned. Believe it's a 4 star hotel. Good location. In winter has outside ice skating right outside and a river. Good views. Parking was free, which is always appreciated.

Jackie the AGM was great! Very smooth check in and very friendly. The room was excellent. Very clean and nice view of the downtown. Keep up the good and superb service!!!

Great location next to the Reno Aces ballpark and walking distance to great restaurants. New hotel is modest but packed with modern features, such as ample charging outlets, plugs and USB. Nice patio on the scenic Truckee River. There was an ice skating rink at the ball park plaza. Looking forward to coming back during baseball season and catch a game or two!
