Both the evening front desk and morning front desk associates were exceptionally professional, polite and friendly.  They always remembered and addressed us by our name.  
Our room was very clean and the bed/pillows very comfortable.  Location is close to I95, but our room was very quiet.  Room was spacious enough for XLG dog crate.  We will definitely make this our overnight hotel when traveling back and forth to FL with our dog.

In spite of Hurricane Irma tormenting everyone along the east coast causing so many traffic jams and many extra endless hours on the roads, 
we were welcomed with open arms. Every single staff member was amazing, they all made sure we were taken care of at all times. Staff was
fantastic, food was exceptional and that red red wine took the edge off the nightmare of a drive (17 hours should have taken 10)  Room very comfortable and clean.
I will always make this location my overnight stop and thank you all from the bottom of my heart

Great stay of 5 nights. Clean and friendly. Except the night staff at the bar are a bit rushed and rude at times.

After traveling 12 hours, arrived to find that confirmed handicap room reservation was not available.   Front desk clerks attempted to entice us to check into another room with a pullout bed or roll-in cot. When they understood that this was unacceptable they moved us to Residence Inn next door which was not up Residence Inn standards.

Room was comfortable, but lady at the front desk was moody. Good thing we only stopped to sleep on our way home and nothing more.
