I've stayed at many Courtyards and this one is very nice. Brand new decor and design, the TV even greets you by name in your room. Staff was nice and accommodating, USB charging ports in room, large shower, decent gym and pool. The downstairs lounge was very welcoming, I definitely will stay here again.

Accommodations were above average. Staff was very friendly. However, if you were looking for a continental breakfast and a cup of coffee on Marriott, you would not get it. Not even a small cup of water. Have to purchase everything. Disappointing for such a big chain of hotels.

Clean new hotel with lots of upside. Friendly staff willing to go above and beyond. Being new everything is fresh. Large lobby area for groups and relaxing. Starbucks Coffee. Not very visible from the road/drive

For a new hotel, there were several issues I had on my stay here. I stayed from Tuesday to Friday. Upon check in, I noticed that the toilet paper holders were falling off the wall and there were no trash bags. I made my concerns known to the front desk but told them I would deal with the broken TP holder. They told me they were out of trash bags and that they were back-ordered. Which is odd because there is plenty of stores close by that they could have purchased them to use until the normal ones became available. On Wednesday I noticed that housekeeping had taken my towel off the floor, they didn't make the bed, or replace the towels they took. I had no floor mat for the shower and was down to 1 towel and 1 washcloth. No biggie, but I wanted to bring it to the front desk's attention anyways so I stopped by on my way out to dinner and asked if they could put some aside for me and I would grab them on my way back in. When I returned, the gentleman at the front desk said that he didn't have any clean towels and asked if i would be ok with the thin and very rough pool towels. I accepted them so I could at least have a floor mat. On Thursday I returned to my room to find EVERY SINGLE towel & washcloth removed and not replaced. I stopped at the front desk (again) and asked for towels. The girl apologized and said she would make sure I had towels before I returned from dinner. She did bring towels, but no floor mat, washcloth, or hand towel. Overall, the hotel was a nice hotel. And my coworkers that were staying there as well had zero issues. I guess I just got a crappy room.

The hotel is new and has spacious rooms. The design intent is noticeable within each room. Easily the best courtyard I have stayed in.
