Michelle is a very nice person, and I so wanted this business relationship to work, however she basically did nothing for us over the course of a year due to severe procrastination. If we didn't pull our taxes at the last minute and give them to somebody else, I'm not confident we would have met the October deadline for filing after an extension. I know someone else with very similar experiences as mine as well.
