First I have to give credit where credit is due: the flavors are incredible!!!  However, I didn’t love the bread. I got the unseeded Italian bread and it tasted so dry to me. There was a lot of semolina flour on top of it. I was  wondering why they offered sides of sauce marinara and pesto for sale and maybe it’s because the bread is a bit dry? I got “That Louie” chicken cutlet with roasted red peppers, mozzarella, and pesto aioli I’m generally a fan of bread but I disliked it so much that I took the chicken and toppings off and ate them without the bread. That being said the chicken was cooked perfectly albeit it a bit small for the price, as were the peppers and pesto aioli.  I’m going to give them another try but switch for the seeded bread and maybe spring for the extra sauce.  Update! Cousin Vinny’s graciously offered us a do-over and they got all 5 stars from us this time! I got the same sandwich “That Louie”, but I got the large size which adds on another chicken cutlet. This is definitely the only way to order this particular sandwich, in my opinion, because the chicken cutlet should be the star and with just one cutlet it gets lost in the bread. Oh and I also switched to the seeded bread and it was so much better. A nice crisp to the crust and a soft crumb to absorb all the flavors. Like I said in my original review, they definitely have the flavor part totally handled! Really happy to be able to say they won us over!

I had Cousin Vinny’s catered to one of my business meetings and everybody LOVED it. The Cesar salad is amazing and the most savory dressing I’ve tasted in a long time. People loved all the sandwiches. I personally had the Notorious CBG and it was so tasty. The quality of the bread was fresh and perfect. The chicken cutlet breading they use is extremely good. They are doing it right at Cousin Vinny’s. Best sandwich I’ve had in Tampa hands down.

I’ve never left a review for anywhere in my life. I feel compelled to leave this place a review because it was absolutely perfect. I’m from New York and a chicken cutlet sandwich shop like this does not exist in Tampa, and they got it right. As a matter of fact, this place might be better than some of my favorite places in New York. You can tell they are passionate about delivering a quality product and giving their NY customers a taste of home. I got the Spicy Vodka sauce sandwich and it was amazing. The cutlet was exactly how it should be, the sauce was the perfect balance of kick with the classic taste of vodka sauce. The ricotta cheese added a layer creaminess paired with the mozzarella cheese which was a necessity for the sandwich. The seeded bread is what made it all come together, and it was just truly a happy experience eating this sandwich!  If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. If I was Mark Cuban I would invest millions with no questions asked. Give this place your support and you will not be disappointed! Best of luck to Cousin Vinny’s, keep doing what you guys are doing!

Cousin Vinny's Sandwich Co. is a hidden gem that delivers an exceptional sandwich experience. The Bada Bing and That Louie sandwiches are nothing short of extraordinary. The Bada Bing combines homemade Italian shredded beef, traditional brown gravy, and mozzarella on a lightly toasted Italian Bread with garlic spread. Meanwhile, That Louie utilizes that same bread and spread to take a cutlet sandwich to new heights with layers of breaded chicken cutlet, house made pesto aioli, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese. So far I’ve had the pork and rabe and the Louie and they are hands down the best 2 sandwiches I’ve had in Tampa. The Pork and Rabe is the perfect balance of flavors and the semolina garlic bread is the icing on the cake. Literally have dreams about the sandwich on a daily basis. The cutlets on The Louie are fried to perfection and the pesto/roasted red pepper combo is a game changer. The pickup process is easy and convenient and you can really taste how much thought and care is put into each sandwich. Bring an appetite because these guys definitely do not slouch on serving size. Vinny and the crew put their customers first and you taste that care in every bite.

If you're looking for an authentic Italian sandwich this has to be your spot! I've been down in the Tampa area for 5 years looking for a sandwich that meets my Boston standards and Cousin Vinny's has done it! Today the boys were slammed, but despite that we're able to get my order out quickly and maintain their great quality. I had a large Chicken Parm, and everything about it was fantastic. The chicken cutlet was moist, savory, crispy, and thickly breaded. The bread toasted perfectly, soft, dense but not chewy and seasoned. The mozzarella cheese was fresh and light. The parmegiano was mild and fragrant. The sauce was perfectly balanced lightly sweet and not acidic at all, it was cooked down beautifully. We had a bonus side of vodka sauce that was an awesome addition to an already perfect sandwich. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu! We'll done guys!

Cousin Vinny’s is the sandwich shop that was missing in Tampa. The hand made chicken cutlets and fresh italian bread brought me straight back to New York. That Louie was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had…so good I had to go back for another the next weekend. The customer service is on point and the pickup process was quick and easy. If you don’t give Cousin Vinny’s a try you are truly missing out!!

This is THE sub shop I needed in my life! Truly isn’t another one like it around. “The Louie” is fantastic all the flavors work so well together and melt in your mouth. Such an easy ordering/ pick up process. I can’t wait to try every single thing on this menus! Truly impressed!

This sandwich shop is unique. I ordered The Louie and Bada Bing. Both are sandwich combinations I would have never thought of. Each were packed with flavor. Only suggestion is to have an onion option!Food: 5/5

Amazing sandwich. One of the best in town. Would highly recommend the cutlets. Im sure the other sandwiches are great too though. I wish they had more hours! Also hopefully they get more of a storefront soon. Be sure to order online. I don’t think you can order there.Food: 5/5
