Very rude receptionist everytime I have had to talk to her even over the phone she is nasty. Went here 3 times and thank god my insurance no longer is covered by them in my area so now i can go elsewhere. Tried several times to get my prescription from them after i forgot to ask for it the first time i went there but they never gave it to me because i wouldnt buy contacts from them or there glasses when i can get them for a quarter of the price they want, they always came up with some excuse that they couldnt find it or would just never send it to me and say they forgot. Tried 3 times to get the script and then the last time this week they tell me they cant because its "expired now" and now i have to come back in for a new eye exam to get a new prescription. DONT WORRY I JUST ASKED MY OLD DOCTOR FOR THE PRESCRIPTION THAT I HAD MOST RECENTLY AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS "EXPIRED" THEY CAN STILL GIVE ME THE NUMBERS I NEEDED TO GET A PAIR OF CONTACTS SO I CAN F****** SEE. Glad I am done with this joke of a business!!! Wont see me again no worries!
