The mission of the Coventry Public Library is to provide comprehensive library service by offering to users of all ages, free and equal access to collections and services that address their ever changing educational, cultural, and recreational needs. By using both traditional formats and new, emerging technologies, the library seeks to educate, inform, entertain and enrich the lives of all our patrons.

A great asset to the area. The library staff is top notch and helpful at all times. A very large selection of books,a great deal of computers and many very good classes to help those who do not know how too work them Very good hours of operation. The library itself is very clean and has a very nice childrens area. They also have outside talks with speakers who know their information very well. Those are very interesting and free of charge.

Relic? Where are you coming from? I know they would love a more spacious facility, but they have the current bestsellers and, in the event that they don't, you, or the librarian if needs, be can place a hold on the book, and it will be sent to you at the Coventry Library when available, and you will be notified.All of the liibrary personnel are polite and willing to assist. I think it's a great library, and I feel at home there.

Kind of a relic, this library is functional and the staff dedicated and helpful. They participate in the RI library e-book share program so well worth the time to complete the application for a library card-they are still just as useful as an adult as when you were in 5th grade.
