The staff at Covina Hills Sports Medicine were very friendly and quite social!  I got treated for a stiff right hip which was impairing my range of motion and caused some pain.  Michelle was my physical therapist and she did a wonderful job in helping me recover.  She built a program which incorporated activation of my glute muscles, strengthening with a combination of bands and weights , and stretching.  Physical therapy will work if you are willing to do your homework.  The combination of being treated and guided by a physical therapist and doing the work at home is what led to my healing, and regaining my range of motion and strength.  Michele kept our sessions fun and I appreciated she always asked me questions about how i was feeling and what's changed.  She's a great coach/motivator and physical therapist and I'm thankful i had the opportunity to get to know her and get treated by her.

I originally came with a persisting groin/hip pain. Michelle was my therapist and from the consultation she was very knowledgable and knew the exact solution. She was extremely positive, sympathetic and encouraging throughout my 4 months with her. It was very difficult in the beginning as my glutes wouldn't activate and I was starting to become hopeless but Michelle persisted with a positive, confident attitude in pursuit of finding something that would work for my unique situation. I am now 100% healed back to doing what I love and this wouldn't have been possible without Michelle. I highly recommend this physical therapy center! Not only will you receive great PT to heal your injury but you will meet very kind staff who will make your recovery journey fun and exciting!

I would definitely recommend Covina Hills Sports Medicine to everyone. I had a wonderful experience and they helped me recover quickly. Every sesssion I had one-on-one attention and made quick progress. The staff is absolutely amazing and always willing to help you with whatever you need. Truly a great facility with stellar doctors.

I was a patient here since October 2017 due to my knees turning in and knee pain. Since going through their program I am now running and doing squats without pain, something my doctor had told me I should just stay away from because I wouldn't be able to do it. I have enjoyed every visit here, as the staff is super welcoming and helpful. It was great to be a part of such a great environment for my time there.

I was a patient for 7 months recovering from an Achilles tendon injury. I had a great experience every session working with the staff. They are all knowledge and supportive of my recovery.  I am stronger and in better shape after therapy than before my injury. I would highly recommend Covina Hills sports medicine to anyone!
