I wouldn't rate it if I wasn't required to select at least one star. The manager at this location is rude, belittling, and asks inappropriate questions. She also says inappropriate things and yells, lies, and hangs up on customers... The list could go on. Not very professional at all. I would not take out a loan with this company at this location.

I've had nothing but a great experience with this company... they have helped my family and I in a time of great need and I've had little to no problem!

I had to give one star or I wouldn't even do that. I took my pre approved check to the bank but they sent me to the business to cash it. They told me it would be no problem to come on by. After giving all my info the manager said they needed 7 items with serial numbers in order to give me a loan. I asked why, all I was supposed to do was deposit the check. The manager said my credit wasn't great. Really? That's why I'm at a loan agency that's gonna charge me 71%. Originally I said no I would just try to get by and  left. When I got home I went ahead and wrote the serial numbers down and went back. Well the young manager informed me with a smirk on her face she had declined my app because of the way I acted and she didn't want to do business with someone that would act in such a negative manor. Not sure about all that negativity.  I guess she wanted me to beg. You have allot to learn sweety.

The new manager isn't welcoming or friendly.  I myself most likely will not nor will I recommend any of my family or friends to contact this office for a loan when in need, so long as she is managing this office.
