These ladies are nothing but kind to me when I am in the office. They are always smiling and even knows me by name when I walk in the door. Covington Credit as always helped me when I needed it I'll always be a loyal customer.

Horrible customer service,bad phone etiquette. Needs to be trained to treat customers with respect. Never dressed professionally either.
