You never get proper response and issues get fixed. They will always repeat their common lines and your issue will be on air, at last either you will ignore it or forced to adjust. I recently moved out from here and struggling with my final settlement. they did their own calculations and send me a nominal check. I kept calling every other day and it took about a month for me to just get a response that they will check and another 15 days to hear that as per they it looks fine. They have overcharged me in my final settlement. As i cant go physically to sit and get my things done in front of me i have no other option apart from writing this review and helping others from being on same situation like me and bear the financial loss due to their wrong calculation. If i am again back to phx, i will never choose this as my next home.

Update 11/06/2017: - my apartment is still very nice to reside in. - the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We all look out for one another. - front office staff are open to feedback and are understanding. -the grass remains well maintained and green! - The front office staff are always very pleasant and always smiling! - I am ALWAYS greeted by the staff with warm regard and they know why I am in the office (they aren't an issue, at all, ever). - the management team will ALWAYS try to help you to the best of their ability! - Carolina, the new manager has been extremely delightful to work with. She has followed up and followed through! Love her! - all of the new maintenance staff and office staff is out of this world extraordinary! I had provided several opportunities to this property and I am VERY happy to see that the corporate office listened! Amazing place to live and phenomenal staff! Overall, this is still a fantastic community with good neighbors. I still feel safe and enjoy almost every moment I am home. I hope this assists you as you continue to search for your next home. I understand there are pros/cons to every community and all I can do is share my own experience. 1.01.16: I've had a FANTASTIC experience with the entire staff and maintenance crew here!

I usually don't write reviews this longer, but this time I am writing it out of frustration of 3 months of not getting my dryer fixed and couple of more issues faced which are not getting fixed, so I thought of sparing some time for this. At least rest of the people don't get trapped here. Pray god you don't stand a chance to see these guys. Once you raise a request does not matter you call on maintenance/ emergency number(don't know where the hell the emergency team sits), they make you sure that it will be resolved, but you can bet, it will not be resolved even for months. I raised the request to change the fan but whole summer I spent without it. Maintenance guys will come to apartment, observe the things, even take videos/photos of all the issues you raise and while leaving apartment, they will tell you that they will notify manager(who usually never keep up for more than a month or 2 month at the max), then they will disappear for ages, you call them, visit them in leasing office(I think now these days, I am paying them two visits a day morning and evening... that much I don't even see my physiotherapist... ). For sake of saying they have 3 pools, don't be surprised with the pool near the leasing office(that they keep clean to lure the people), make sure you look the pool near your apartment #, full of garbage, dust, tree leaves. But make sure before you sign a lease. Rest is your choice.

I moved here from Minnesota and got a " quote, " via email. I wanted a 10 month lease. When I got here I went to the office and the woman helping me with my lease was also showing apartments while getting me signed in. She handed me a large stack of papers, the lease, and said sign where it is marked. Then she wandered off and started showing potential renters around the property! I hadn't read the lease, my bad, but thought I could just sign since we had already worked out the details via email. I paid my rent online for four months and every time I logged in it displayed my lease length of ten months. The fifth month, I noticed my lease term changed to one year. I contacted the office several times to alert them to the error. They ignored me. The first week we were here, I had boxes on my patio. A skinny druggie with a stack full of porno mags in his arms was going thru my boxes in the middle of the day! He stole my camera, however he did leave his stack of porn for my children to find. Twice someone parked in my assigned parking spot, but by the time I called the tow out, they had moved their vehicle. The office "forgot" to give me a card to report people parking in my spot, so the tow wouldn't even come out cause they said I need the card or how do they know I live there?! My dryer was making a high pitched squeaking noise for 2 months before anyone came by to check it. I continued to dry clothes in it and had just bought my kids new clothes. The dryer broke and something inside came loose and tore up all the new clothes. The office told me that they can't compensate me. It took them another 2 weeks to change out the dryer! The office ignores you and has no clue how to do their jobs. When I gave my 2 month notice they told me I signed a one year lease. They changed my lease length and because I didn't look carefully at my lease when I moved in, they enforced the one year term. The apartment above me flooded and caused mold and water damage. When I moved out, they assigned the bill to me! This is the shadiest, most fraudulent property mgmt. company. Oh and their are tons of kids here and none of the parents watch them. They break into cars and rob your patio so don't leave anything of value out! Don't rent here unless you want to get robbed!

THEY REMOVE NEGATVE YELP REVIEWS!!! -1 star -- I have lived in this area of town for more than 20 years and I have never once dealt with scorpions, but for some reason this property is Scorpion infested, we have found a handful of scorpions and have lived here less than a year. If you have kids or furry friends this is not a place for you. Also the gates are never locked or closed. Our first night on the property someone attempted coming into our apartment. When taking my children to the playground the sand has cat poop everywhere it is a litter box for the feral cats that roam here. Our cars have been damaged numerous times while being parked in our assigned spot, which just so happens to be next to an uncovered spot which is very small that no-one seems to know how to park in. Parking is also a huge issue here if you have more than one car in the household. The grounds constantly smell of weed and nothing is done about it. The apartments are not soundproof whatsoever I can hear my upstairs neighbors full conversations word for word. If you are going to spend the amount of money it costs to live here do your research and find an apartment grounds that is not owned or operated by Conam. We moved in to a unit where the carpets were not cleaned and their idea of cleaning was painting over the dust and hair on the moulding around the walls. None of our blinds work and all of the screens in our home are torn apart by the cat who use to live here. We find human hairs painted into the walls of the bathrooms as well. What are deposits and pet deposits for if you do not use it to maintain the unit after they leave? Aside from that a few of our appliances did not work upon move in and it took us over a month to have one of the many things we requested taken care of. Do your homework and document everything if you have no other option but to move in here. We asked for a copy of our lease the day we signed it and were assured by Billy Franco it was in our move in folder, NOT! It was an abridged version of their policies but no signed documentation. Also when we asked for a copy of the original lease they supplied us with a fake lease. Our rent and countless others who live here inflate each month and they do not provide you an itemized invoice. Half of the units are empty as well so aside from the inflation from other areas of the bill, the water is distributed by unit not by use so now our waterbill is more than its ever been because they cant keep tenants. I hope I can help you make the right decision when determining where you choose to rent.
