I have worked with Cowan Gunteski both professionally and personally for several years.  As auditors, they have always been very professional and easy to work with.  They have also prepared our personal income taxes, which was done in a thorough and efficient manner.  I would highly recommend the firm.

What a bunch of losers at Cowan. They screwed over thousands of shareholders and should be jailed. After committing malpractice and being censured by the PCAOB they caused a public company to be delisted, then they would not return Tauriga's original papers. The people here are disgusting. They do not have decency and violate all fiduciary basic requirements.

I can't believe that a firm like Cowan Gutenski would not notify a public company that they were under investigation for lack of independence. And then, to make matters worse they do not even respond Tauriga's request to have their working papers back. This firm should be barred from practice...
