The staff here are super friendly and patient, a huge plus given that this place seems to always be super packed. Their coffee is astounding, and can be found in a ton of restaurants and hotels in the surrounding area. We grabbed a "Black Eye" which is a drip coffee with an additional shot of espresso every day we were in town; those things warm your hands and wake you up like none other. They also have a program where you can pre-pay for a year of smoothies, when we visited the going rate was about $900. It's not hard to be drawn to this place in the eye of supporting local businesses, it's even easier to keep going back for their carefully crafted coffees!

Very friendly staff. Love the muffins and sandwiches. I don't stop here for the coffee but a wonderful spot to meet up with friends for a bite. Great ingredients and wonderful taste.

Great place for a quick bite and a nice coffee or chai. Employees are always friendly and helpful despite some occasionally long lines. Cowboy coffee is a small location that features a rotating selection of local artists on their walls. Their location can be nice for a cozy sit down, but becomes packed in the middle of summer when tourist traffic is suffocating or on farmers market days.

Avoid the Starbucks on the town square and drink local coffee. Good lunch menu as well.
