My wife and I both LOVE this store. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, and the selection is fantastic. We shop around, and their prices are very fair. This is a fun store to visit.

Lousy customer service, if you go towards the nd of the day the staff all take part in counting down until closing time. They were so busy counting down until closing they lost out on my sales of 2 pairs of cowboy boots ! Quite disgusted with their service and when I posted on fb about their awful service several people said the same thing. I ended up going to Frontier and bought my boots there, great personal service and they actually wanted to help me.

Great store and great employees. Excellent selection and I have never walked through the door without being greeted like a friend. Most employees have been here a long time and remember their customers. Always will go out of their way to make your visit a good one. Kenneth has always done everything he can to make sure everything is perfect before I walk out the door and that I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Their work boots are a lot higher than most other places and that's all I go there for so 2 stars.
