Best place to buy boots in Las Cruces! The lowest prices I have seen in this city, and I have been here for almost a decade. Excellent,  attentive services and the sales associate stayed and helped me through my whole boot shopping experience unlike boot barn who wouldn't even give me the time of day. Wonderful hat shapers there as well. Will definitely go back!

There prices did not match they had mutiple products that where missed matched. They had a belt that said 38 from manufacturers.  Then used it to 49 on there tag. The manager told me it was 38 it was priced wrong. Well I went back to buy it a day later and they took off all the correct lower prices.  That is shady business.  I would never recommend a person go there for theach uneducated employees to the bad management when brought to there attention.

After having bad service at Boot Barn, we called and spoke to Taylor at Cowtown. He was very helpful and had great customer service, even on the phone. We got to the store and they had the same product as Boot Barn, and it was cleaner and at a better price!! Emma helped us, as well and was friendly, too. I would recommend Cowtown over Boot Barn ANYDAY!! Great JOB Taylor/Emma. :)
