I recently moved to Willmar and my apartment was not immediately available so I needed a clean, economical, and safe place to stay. The Cozy Inn was perfect. It is owned by a nice Mom and Pop who take pride in providing quality service and comfort to their guests. I stayed for one month and the rate was extremely reasonable. My room had a comfortable, queen-sized bed; A/C; dresser; nightstand; closet; small refrigerator; microwave; and a private bathroom and shower. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower as most hotels/motels are not that strong. The owner does have some rules (no guests, no hot plate), but those are for the safety of his guests. I cannot stress how extremely clean this motel is. Moreover, the owners are so friendly. They were concerned that I was comfortable and happy, and I was. If you need a place to stay for an extended time, or even just a night, I would recommend the Cozy Inn.

THIS IS BY FAR,,,, THE WORST, NASTIEST, UNSAFE MOTEL I'VE EVER WALKED AWAY FROM SAYING AIN'T NO WAY!!! NOT TODAY!!!

And the Owner is COMPLETELY DISTURBED!!! My husband and I travel year round with his work and so I've stayed in some pretty rough places. But NOTHING LIKE THIS PLACE!!! It wouldn't be a bad place IF THE CRAZY RACIST ABU DUDE WASN'T THERE!!!

We attempted to check in, room was already paid for by the company. But for some reason,,, Abu didn't care for my husband at all!! I really hope he was drunk or high and not normally so psychotic??!!!

I sat in the car and watched the man hollering crazy racist comments to him, "What is wrong with you, You CRAZY AMERICAN!!! Don't Make This a American Indian Thing!! Oh what???" My husband wasn't paying a bit of attention to him, a gift he uses often!! "What??? You Want To Shoot Me Now???" That's when he stormed into a room upstairs, came out and through a water bottle over the railing on top of my husband's company truck. That's all I needed to see and hear from someone chanting racist terrorism threats. 

I wouldn't recommend anyone with intelligence to waste their time here!!!

It was a very nice combination of cozy, yet comfortable. The room wasn't huge, which was fine. It was just two of us so we really don't need a ton of surplus space, plus it made the ac unit extremely effective. Our room came with a microwave and mini fridge, which seemed just as effective as the ac unit. The proprietor was always asking us if we needed anything when we saw him during our comings/goings. Our room, being an elusive smoking room (double bonus points) on the 2nd floor had an amazing view of the sunrise! I'm not entirely sure what the general prices of a room are in this part of the state, but it's gonna be tough to beat. I was VERY satisfied and will definitely consider going here again next time I'm in Willmar, MN.

The owner was really nice. The room was perfect for the two of us. A microwave and fridge and it was really clean. We'll be back!

It is a very cheap and basic motel. I was called to a bar to assist an intoxicated man. He had limited funds and this motel is cheap. The man that checked us in made an uncomfortable comment about me and the man having loud and good sex. I corrected him that that was defiantly not going to occur. He chuckled and and told me I was lying. The room was clean. Bathroom looked to be clean also. The bed was as expected and the pillows were FLAT. 2 pillows stacked still would not have been enough for me. I returned an hour before checkout to make sure the man was out before checkout. The man checked the room before giving back a deposit. He was friendly and told me we were wonderful guests and enthusiastically invited us back but also made a couple more inquiries to if the man and I had good drunk sex. I would only stay here if I was stranded in town with little money.
