I have an older car and I was having problems with it so I decided to check out a used car at cpm motors in Elgin. I met the owner Kristi Spata. She greeted me as soon as I walked up and kindly asked how she could help me. I told her I was looking for a great used car, reliable and dependable with a price that fit my budget. She showed me about 3 different cars and explained their history in detail. I test drove two and I bought a car from her that night! It was such a pleasure speaking to someone who had such detailed knowledge. It was a great hassle free transaction. I have had the car now for a month and a half and I love it . I will refer all my friends in the future to cpm motors!

The staff here seem nice and all but the cars at CPM Motors need some serious work under the hood. Don't waste your money here unless your willing to pay more for the much needed repairs. Ended up buying another car of the same make & model for less that was a model year newer and in much better condition & no accidents on it over at Your Choice Autos on Route 19
