We are new to the area, Fort Payne Alabama, and have visited nearly every restaurant in the area. Cracker Barrel is the only one we keep returning to. The food and service are great. We will continue to go there and tell other friends of ours about it... We are very satisfied customers....

Our server, Berri, was the sweetest and most helpful server I have experienced in a long time! She never let my tea run dry even though I drink like a fish! After asking for extra, extra crispy hash browns, she went above and beyond to make sure they were! The food came out quickly and was delicious! Not only do I recommend coming to this Cracker Barrel location, but I recommend asking for Berri! Best service my family has had in years! Thank you, Cracker Barrel #471 for having such a spectacular staff!!

Okra was not warm at all, everything else was awesome and price is affordable.

Service was good. Food sucked for the most part. Biscuits were good. The gravy tasted like flour paste. Had to send my eggs back..too runny.

Food today was great and had one of the best servers i have had at any place. Usually,  i dont give 5 stars to a chain...today they deserve it!
