Cracker Barrel offers great tasteful dishes for heat and serve options. I appreciate having more time to spend with family and just heating up our food as opposed to cooking all night and morning. The food options are diverse for various taste buds. Although I encountered an issue this weekend it was resolved professionally. Thank you CB

I understand it was thanksgiving and it’s busy, but it took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks and our order in. Then it took an hour just to get our food. The waitress would never refill our drinks and we sat for 15 minutes with no silverware. I don’t know the name of our other server but I will say that Treasure needs a raise, a promotion or something. If it wasn’t for her we probably would still be waiting on refills and forks.

Went there 20 minutes before closing on a Thursday night, and they were out of a lot of food, and because of the municipal water problem, they didn't have a lot of drinks either. Fortunately, they have good workers like juwan who comped our drinks and made the best of a less than ideal situation. Food was mostly delicious--we ordered grilled chicken and fried catfish entrees.  Cracker Barrel needs to upgrade their biscuit and cornbread recipes, IMHO. Decor was typical Cracker Barrel chic. Overall, we still love Cracker Barrel wherever we travel.

My son and I visited the location 12/24/22 for his birthday. Server Felisha S. was the perfect server I’ve ever met. Also the food was perfect. We really enjoyed everything.Recommended dishesMomma's Pancake Breakfast

It was really busy but service was quick. Food was good. We were there during the Jackson water crisis so that did have an impact on our experience and availability of beverages. But overall it was positive.

Took an extraordinarily long time just to be seated, even longer for someone to come and take our order and a very very long time for our food to come. A very normal food. I’d rather go to an ihop or something similar than to waste 3 hours of my time I’ll never get back.

The food was absolutely delicious especially after a day of showing my new fiancé how much I appreciate her!!!! The server was BEYOND great!!!!!!! We had a great time spending our evening here. Please excuse my mask as we are in Covid times  Also, the napkins aren't dirty. I had just indulged on a nice, hot, & buttery biscuit before my meal came out! That is why there is jam on the napkin, lol!!!!

I love Cracker Barrel but this one may well be the worst I've been in. We had FOUR different waitressess and then they had a little pushing thing going on about who would bring the to go box because they all wanted to stay around the corner talking to each other. The dinner of the day wasn't ready, we were told we'd have to wait 30 minutes for that! The portion sizes have really shrunk since last time I went in one of these restaurants but not the prices. We had several other things wrong with order. It's one of those moments you think I'm not sending it back to be fixed, they'll probably just spit on it or something! They don't even have ketchup bottles anymore!

Everything was great... Our waiter was super nice... She also made sure that we were comfortable and didn't need anything... Food was delicious, fresh and hot...
