I have gone several times recently, but during the week not on the weekend. So I have not had to deal with any waiting or any slow food service. So this review is ultimately going to be strictly about the quality and taste of the food, which is really terrific. It's southern-style comfort food and it's just done extremely well. I've had several different things now and my sense is no matter what I have it's going to be really really good. From dumplings to biscuits to homemade grits to roasted turkey with green beans to the blueberry pancakes made with wild blueberries from Maine, it's all been terrific. And of course, you can get breakfast anytime, all day long. But it will be a hard choice because the lunch and dinner selections are so well done as well. I hope to work my way through the entire menu over the next few months. And I am not what you would call a 'foodie' I just know delicious home cooking style food when I taste it.

The servers are so kind. The kids macaroni is a little small. My 11 year-old girl complained how small it was, but it tasted great. The gift shop is great! When I was there last they had really great home items and toys. I bought my daughter a horse plush at a good price for its size. They have a section for candy. They also have a section for sodas, they have sodas back from when us adults were kids! (Don't mind my bad grammar)

First time this cracker barrel. The waiter take long to come to the table, no problem at this point, the place wasn't that crawled but we were not in a hurry. We prefer a quality visit than a rush one. We asked for glasses of water, the glasses small bad. At that moment the manager was just walking near so we asked him if we can have disposable cups instead of that plastic not-so-good washed. The food quality wasn't the best. In overall the visit was good, the price is low, and the waiter was nice all the time. The girl at the cashier too. So I took an star since I used to have better quality food at cracker barrel.

Overall it was a nice experience,  except that the location is far from our home.  The food was cooked well,  but the server did forget a couple of our items and I had to remind her of such. The manager did check in on us twice to make sure all was well.  The main reason we drove so far however was because my grandmother wanted a camp fire skillet meal, which unfortunately they were all out of. The manager of the store/shop section was pleasant, available to assist and very helpful.  Overall a good night at Cracker Barrel!

I am a repeated customer but today they lost my business. I am not one to write reviews but I am so disgusted and disappointed that I just had to. I ordered the new French toast with strawberries and only one was fully cooked, the rest were raw and the egg was running out of it. The worst part was that when I made the complaint to the manager Rafael, he said he would make an adjustment. He decided that he would take off the side of bacon and apple juice my friend ordered, not the actual problem which was the French toast I ordered, because he said that those items equaled out to the amount the French toast would be in its own since I ate the eggs and sausage. My friends and I were furious!!! After making another complaint to him, he was EXTREMELY hesitant but decided that he would deduct it off the check. I cannot believe it was that hard. The sad part was that I just wanted to make him aware of the situation but to be so disgustingly greedy is beyond me. After going there for years, this was the worst experience!
