We love Cracker Barrel but the last two visits to Shawnee have been discouraging. We asked to not be sat in the middle of the room or in a corner. The hostess walked past several empty tables before attempting to place us in a corner table. I asked if we could be seated at a nearby empty table and she replied "we don't have a server for that section. We sat in another section. The next couple she sat in the section she refused to place us in. So it is upsetting she contradicted herself very quickly. Our waitress was very iind and our meal very good. The minor details of customer service could be worked on.

Awesome environment very friendly and attentive severs. I tried the prime rib French dip it by far was the best I have ever had and the prices are very reasonable...thanks for a great dining experience Cracker Barrell .... Todd F

This restaurant is our "go to" place for a good "sit down" meal with the family. The food has always been consistantly good. The place seems clean. The staff is always friendly. The bathrooms are kept clean. The atmosphere is just like I like it. But...the gift shop prices are WAY TOO HIGH and my wife always buys something!!! (LOL)

My waiter  was a sweet heart. The food was good  and as always the atmosphere was enjoyable. Love the store, and always have to buy something.
