Good old fashioned service. Decent portions. The Mrs and I tend to share a pancake plate and then get a couple of side dishes. The biscuits are good, but a little bland. On the weekends there is always a wait, but seems to go quickly.

I love to stop in for breakfast from time to time. The ambiance and the country store is what brings me back. There are certainly items on the menu I love, but also things I wish they would do better. Overall it's a good spot to grab breakfast.

Service wasn't bad but getting food from the kitchen took an extremely long time. My food was good, got the Blueberry Lemon French toast. My husband ordered scrambled eggs but what he got was what looked like watered down eggs or maybe Egg Beaters.  He didn't send them back because we had already waited an hour for our food to come we didn't want to wait again. Wish Cracker Barrel would open another location in the Denver metro area.

Love Love Love this place! This Southern Food is always on point and the Country Store here has beautiful crystal jewelry and the best candle selection. They have wood wick candles which smell the best and last the longest! Also tons of other Southern stuff.

We left due to an altercation with an unprofessional general manager who was not able to handle a situation with another table. A family had a child, screaming loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. A member of a table nearby confronted the family to request they take the child outside to calm down. The manager stepped in and said he could do nothing for either party and took a passive role. 

The manager seemed more concerned about image than helping. We tipped our waiter for our drinks and left before receiving our brunch. I felt like a United Airlines passenger being dragged out of a plane. Your company was the airline and made a public buffoon of themselves for the masses to see. I enjoy the restaurant chain, but I do not enjoy or appreciate this location. The manager is incapable of handling disputes and took an aggressive tone and stance towards the customers once he proved himself incapable of handling the situation. 

One aggravated customer tried to ask to speak to the manager outside and the manager was unwilling and walked away saying the customer had crossed the line, to which the manager gave no response and walked away saying he would call "someone" if the aggravated customer didn't leave. This was a very disruptive and annoying event/afternoon. 

I am extremely unimpressed with this facility and it's management staff. Please fix this.
