Really disappointing.  We waited 40 minutes for our food..... During a time when there were very few tables seated.  When we asked how much longer it would be, our very unfriendly waitress responded, " We will bring it when it's ready.".   When the food did arrive, only 2 of the 3 plates were delivered.  The employee commented that she decided to at least bring those out so they weren't during there"getting yucky".   Unfortunately, it was obvious they had in fact been sitting there with awhile already.  To add to the fun, the butter was liquefied in it's container so it spilled out on our clothes when we tried to open it.  The waitress never even checked back with us.... Just dropped off the check.  When I went to check out, I requested a manager..... I waited another 10 minutes.  When "Jimmy" finally showed up, his best recommendation was to call the corporate number posted in the lobby???  Really??   I love Cracker Barrel.  This particular location has some serious training deficiencies.

It was a no star experience. They were out of their special so early and out of the second choice as well. No pot pies no Shepard's pie. Took a long time too.

    A bit understaffed for a high volume restaurant.  Long line at the check out area because it handles both the store and restaurant customers. 
    Besides that it's a typical Cracker Barrel. Same menu items so you always feel safe knowing what to order.  ( Boring  )
     Usually pretty good service unless you need to wait to get seating.  That means you're probably not going to have fast and friendly service, because their to busy.  $$
