Leashed dogs are allowed. Easy to push  with a jogging type stroller or a rugged wheelchair. Trails are even, small gravel/sand paths and boardwalks. Parking lot has room for 4 cars so some people park on the sidewalk nearby if its crowded. Really pretty, but only about 1 mile of trails.

I have lived at the beach 21 years , and just stumbled across this gem. The trails are well maintained, and a lot of wildlife can be seen.

This is a fine neighborhood "pocket" park.  Offers a well-maintained path with boardwalks over wetlands, overlook on the northwest spur and a marsh-side landing along the south side trail. This is not suitable for most to use as a kayak/canoe put-in, but it makes for a nice stop for paddlers who put in elsewhere to stop and see.
