Fresh baked bagels every morning, soft and delicious.  Bagels are awesome and they have nice variety, however I been there twice and both times everything bagels were finished. So if thats what you like call ahead before you go. Otherwise place is always clean, they do have fresh coffee and hot tea. Got come cold drinks as well but not much. They also have cold and hot sandwiches for quick lunch but I never tried them yet. May be next time.

I must start off by saying if you are looking for a good vegan cream cheese, Craft bagel co. is the place to go. Not only are they one of the few places I’ve seen have a dairy free alternative for cream cheese; this cream cheese is great and keeps me coming back for more. The taste is comparable to cream cheese in my opinion. Their staff is amazing and friendly. Rodrigo was an amazing help today. I cannot recommend this place enough. For sure breakfast spot !!!! Very reasonably priced and top quality bagels.

Everyone who knows me knows in love a good bagel in the morning. I was SO excited to try these bagels based off everyone’s reviews ! I Found this place off Uber. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a bagel with bacon and cheese no egg. My entire order was wrong but it had the right receipt attached to the bag the food came in. That just means someone wasn’t paying attention to we’re the orders were being placed. I was given TWO bagels with butter. Now that being said I’m giving it a 3 star because the bagel itself was good and I do like a bagel with butter. I’m just super upset, I was looking forward to the other items I ordered. I will try again hopefully the order comes out right the next time. If not I definitely will not be reordering from here again

First time at this place....but very disappointed with the portions. I ordered the 3 egg platter with bacon & home fires....and surprisingly, I can count the potatoes on one hand. I understand times are tough, but I'm sure we can do a little better than 10 potatoes.

This is my go to place in this area, probably beats out all the places in this and surrounding counties.  If you're looking for a true "NY style" bagel, the hard on the outside but soft on the inside, this place rocks. The outsides are typically cooked to perfection, not crunchy but rather that crisp well cooked exterior that doesn't cut your mouth up, complimented by the perfect doughy interior.  Add in the fact that this place does great breakfast sandwiches to go with their assortment of spreads, and you got yourself a real winner!

My son Mike always talks about how Great their bagels are! The other day I stopped in a purchased an onion bagel, a crumb cake & a brownie. OMG!!! Everything was Absolutely Delicious!!! The bagel was huge! It was crunchy on the outside & pillowy soft on the inside! Ive never experienced such a Delicious Bagel!!!! I would highly recommend the Craft Bagel Co.!!!

We don’t even live in Berkeley Heights but we make the drive as often as we can to get Craft Bagel’s. They’re deliciously fresh. They have a vast selection of bagels, a lot of cream cheese choices, breakfast sandwiches and more.  Today I got the rainbow bagel, toasted with bacon/scallion cream cheese! Definitely recommend!!

Best bagels around. Fresh, perfect NJ bagels. So many bagel varieties, cream cheeses on point and real fried eggs on breakfast sammies. Such a good spot.

In regards to the review left by DJ Rox; I have been going to Craft Bagel since it opened and have always found the portions to be adequate if not generous. If you had an issue, speaking to an employee or the owner would have been your best choice. They would have been more than happy to accommodate you and your inquiry and in the end give you satisfaction. In closing, you must me a unique individual with a special hand, as I count more than 15 potatoes in your photograph!!  Also 10 out of 27 of your reviews are 1 star, 5 that have 2 stars and 3 that have 3 stars.

All employees were very friendly, great customer service and the bagels are awesome. I ordered Rainbow bagels for my kids and Everything for my husband and I. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back.
