Had an argument and had fight with the girl that works behind the beer counter for a space to hang out. She showed up early for work and was hanging out in the limited customer area and did not want to move after multiple requests. She has also insulted me directly during a previous visit which was totally unsolicited. I was being extremely polite and she launched an insult at me for no reason. This 1 star review is intended for her only and it would be 5 stars without her based on the rest of the amazing team. I feel she still needs to learn basic customer service and hospitality. Customers deserve better!
Excellent selection of beers. You will pay for quality.. and quality is what you gey
The beer is great and employees are lovely, but owners/management are capricious, exploitative, and fully an example of every thing that's wrong in the service industry. If you go, tip well. But maybe consider spending your money at an establishment that treats their staff with more humanity. Side note: it's not my usual practice to leave 1 star reviews, especially during a pandemic. My exception is for situations like this
Great selection of beer that you can enjoy while eating from one of the nearby places.
Great range of beer. Standing there with my wife, I had my order rung up and she was ignored. Not ideal.
