I have been to a kids birthday party here and also organized an adult bridal shower here and the ladies that work here knocked both events out of the park. The kids birthday party was pottery, each kid got to choose their own piece of pottery to paint they had a huge selection to choose from, they each chose their own colors and created their pieces, then they had cake and opened presents. Our Bridal shower we did in the morning on a Sunday and they went out of their way to make this event special we sat behind the counter and they even let us bring in wine and snacks. Everyone's wood project came out awesome and they had such a good time. We cant wait to come back and try something else!

Avoid this place at all cost. The 2 hefty girls who work their should be fired. Pay attention to the laundry list of complaints about the customer service. These girls are atrocious, devoid of any social skills and looks like they woke up with anger. Totally should be fired asap - they were rude to me and my kids. Shocked they represent this store - if I were the owner, I would retrain these imbeciles immediately before they destroy my reputation.

We came here for a BYOB wood workshop there were about 10 of us celebrating a birthday. I loved that we were able to choose our own designs and they were even able to add our last names. We had a table set up for food and drinks and we couldn't have asked for nicer instructors. They helped us do everything. They had a ton of different colors to choose from and we had a tough time choosing because there were so many.  Craft It is such a cool find, they have a ton of different things.

We really enjoyed our visit over winter vacation. The staff was incredibly helpful and we are so excited to get our pottery pieces back. They also have a lot of other projects available for you to do, like wood signs and glass fusing. We cant wait to come back and try something new.

Great time with the family!  Attend their Harry Potter event and we had a lot of fun.  Staff was awesome and very helpful!  It was worth the drive from Hollywood and we will definitely be back.
