I was very impressed with Craftsmen, and would definitely call on them again in the future. Kim matched our stain colors exactly. She also coordinated everything well, and communicated updates and changes. Our crew leader, Tom, was also great. I appreciate that he checked out the windows, to make sure they were OK, and had the manufacturer fix a couple things. He also made sure our garage service door was installed correctly. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Craftsmen!

We used Craftsman Home Improvements, Inc. to put new Hardie siding on our house in Eden Prairie. Our neighbors had used them this past fall and highly recommended them. I can now see why....We couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish! The crew was professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do. Pat was a real pleasure to work with. If I had the smallest question he would stop and talk with me and whatever it was it was immediately taken care of. Our house looks truly amazing - the caliber work that they do is top notch. It is also rather amazing how fast they get things done! I would recommend Craftsmen in a heartbeat to anyone who needs improvements done on their house. If only every home improvement company operated like they did!

My husband and I used Craftsmen Home Improvements to replace some original windows in our 38 year old home.  Throughout the entire process, they were professional, cheerful, helpful, and a joy to work with.  Eric came to our home for our initial sales consultation and was able to clearly explain our options and how they would impact the appearance and performance of the new windows and what price points we were looking at.  Having options and a professional explanation of the differences between windows made a huge difference in our ability to make an informed decision.  Kim in the office is friendly and helpful in answering questions and scheduling the installation and fun to talk with on the phone.  Tom and his crew came and did the work in a day and a half and were great with my four year old son who wanted to be around the crew as much as possible to pepper them with questions.  They were able to answer our questions, gave my husband tips on how to best stain/paint the windows (since we opted to do that ourselves), and advised us on what the permit inspectors would need.  We couldn't be happier!  Thank you to everyone at Craftsmen Home Improvements!

This was one of the best experiences I have had with Contractors. The sales Rep was a great guy who answered all my questions.
 The Craftsmen who installed 6 huge side by side sliding windows, couldn't have been more professional and helpful. They adjusted my blinds so they sat in line with the new windows and then reinstalled the valence.  They replace furniture they had to move and they cleaned up after themselves,
I did a huge amount of research of windows and installation companies and Craftsmen was the company I choose.  The price was right and the product was great.
  I will use them without hesitation on my next job, which is going to be a front door replacement.

We were very pleased to have chosen Craftsmen to work through our insurance claim.   It was important to me to hire a contractor who could replace our roof, install the window wraps and downspouts which were damaged, and complete the painting of our siding.  Craftsmen recommended a few changes which were additional work and materials, and was able to incorporate these into the project without our needing to pay extra for these upgrades.   Craftsmen was  able to coordinate all phases of the job and get it done beautifully.  I would not hesitate to use them in the future.  Highly recommended.
