I was rear ended in Tucson Arizona while at a complete stop at a red light by a Titan Roofing L.L.C. (also out of vegas) work truck. After speaking to 6 different people I was put over to "Brian" who was by his account wrote the policy on the commercial work truck. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and may not understand customer service if it bit him. He refused to file the claim stating "I was not allowed to file an insurance claim" and "that he wasnt going to do anything to assist because i wasnt his client". He proceeded to try to attempt to threaten and intimate me through saying he was going to "report me for insurance fraud" when i continued to ask who his immediate supervisor was and who the main company that did the commercial underwritting of the policy in question. He stated he was the supervisor and I asked to speak to an owner or someone above him to no avail. He refused to assist at all in any way unless his client filed the claim first. What kind of world is this when people that are rear ended at a complete stop are subject to threats and intimidation just trying to fix what in just under a thousand dollars worth of repair? Wow is all i can say that a person is not allowed to file a claim for an accident. I RECOMMEND USING ANY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY BESIDES THESE PEOPLE WHO USE THREATS AND INTIMIDATION AS A BUSINESS TOOL. "Brian" its ok i managed to get in contact with the underwritting company and file the claim you were suppose to file along with the Nevada governing entity that regulates insurance agents for your state.
