This dental practice is run with tender loving care and empathy for the patient. I have a son who is severely autistic with mental retardation. When we checked in, a nurse noticed this and asked if he wanted to sit in the TV room to calm down his anxiety. She accompanied us to the room and handed him a bottle of water. Another nurse took us to a room where she educated us on Wisdom Teeth - so someone actually read on the paper work I filled out. Questions were asked to gain an understanding of our son's diagnosis. Finally, the consultation with the doctor was right on the "money". During the consultation another nurse confirmed what procedures were going to be done at the hospital. She must have passed on this information to the office administrator because after the doctor examined my son's teeth and escorted us out , Stephanie had the breakdown on the costs etc. WOW! All in one visit.😇

Dr. Thiede one of the BEST dentist EVER!! He made everything so calm and easy for me, no one wants to think about getting their jawbone drilled into for an implant. Its scary! Dr. Thiede and his staff really show you how much they care about you as their patient. I TRUST him. YOU can trust him too!

I went there to take out 4 broken teeth all of them were under kneth my gum. I was scared but Dr. crqig Was fast and i didn't feel any pain. After like 10 minutes dr was like ok we are done all of them is out 😂 i though he was kidding, staff so friendly, and so nice Thank you

Lindsey was a pleasure to see. She was very attentive and helpful. I interacted with several people at the office and it was a very personable and inviting experience. I highly recommend coming here if you love great service!

To the previous reviewer. . . I just want to say Dr. Thiede is an amazing dentist. While unfortunate, your insurance company did not pay the "ESTIMATED" amount. It is not Dr. Thiede or any dentists responsibility to MAKE A PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSES BASED SOLELEY ON WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY COVERS. It would be the equivalent of you having the symptoms of a Heart Attack, but your insurance only covers Heartburn. Ultimately be your own advocate for your health. Don't blame the doctor for your insurance. That is not fair.
