My family has received 10+ years of great service from Craig Johnson. He has been a great help in all our "car phases"! He checked out new/used cars and gave us excellent insights, he has done many major repairs, and even guided us in getting rid of a clunker profitably! Life is better when you have a car mechanic you can fully trust!

As always, I had a great experience at Craig Johnson Automotive.  I tend to keep my cars a long time.  I had a Ford Escort with over 200,000 miles on it.  I also have a Mustang that is 25 years old.  Craig has always kept my cars in tip top shape.  Craig has been my one and only mechanic for almost forty years.  He stands behind his work, and is very good at communicating what needs to be done, could be done, and can be deferred as far as repairs go.

I have been taking my vehicles here for more than 15  years.... old cars, new cars... always have the best service and prices.  Craig never tries to get me to add services that I don't need or want.  I thoroughly trust and recommend them!

I have been a customer of Craig Johnson Automotive for over 15 years and continue to utilize his team for all my automotive needs. I relocated 40 miles away from Craig Johnson Automotive 5 years ago and have continued to utilize Craig Johnson Automotive only for all of my automotive needs.  My 2000 Tacoma amassed 444,000 miles of reliable service while under the watchful eyes of the team at Craig Johnson Automotive.    I have purchased a 2016 Tundra which has solely been serviced by Craig Johnson Automotive.  The team at Craig Johnson Automotive is skilled in every aspect of my new vehicle thus I have the utmost confidence in the continuous reliability of my vehicle.  The comfort and expertise Craig Johnson Automotive gives me is indisputable.

I am overjoyed to know Craig Johnson and his team.  Instead of new and inexperienced dealership service department technicians Craig Johnson Automotive has seasoned veteran mechanics so even if I'm just getting an oil change their eagle eyes and vast experience spot potential issues before they become serious.  I have not had a breakdown since utilizing Craig Johnson Automotive !  Craig Johnson Automotive provides a multi-point inspection and takes the time to explain the status of my vehicle so that I can make the best decisions for my situations.

I recently went to see the pro's at CJ Automotive for my 30K Oil Change and service to my 2016 Tundra.  A day or so later I had smelled a foul odor that I assumed was from the antibacterial spray used on my newly installed cabin filter.  I called the shop and I was assured that the smell would go away in a day or so and still the smell lingered.  I grew puzzled as nothing like this had ever occurred.  I return to have this remedied only to discover I was the one at fault.  The entire team converged on my vehicle and began the search.  Tony was the one to discover the culprit.  He could smell the strong pungent odor behind the driver’s seat.  As I lifted up the rear rubber floor mat Tony's eagle eye spotted something and said: "hey,  what's that?"  I looked where Tony pointed and say a decomposing red potato.  It had fallen out of my grocery bag days before and began to dehydrate.  This experience is yet another positive one as a longtime customer with Craig Johnson Automotive !!!

I took a chance on Craig Johnson Automotive because I saw so many positive reviews online.  My expectations were exceeded!  Craig, the owner, took great care to explain to me what needed to be done, as well as what other maintenance might be necessary soon and in what time frame.  It was clear to me he was capable and honest.  I'll definitely be back for all my automotive maintenance needs.
