Had to put our Lilly down and sent to Craig Road Cemetery to get her cremated. Received her ashes back and was blown away by how beautiful the box, foot print and poem we're. Thank you so much for a beautiful memorial of our dog. Highly recommend

They received my sweet Murphy on the morning of 30 Nov. 2017. I called to make a special request. Not only did they fulfill my wishes, but they returned my sweet boy to me less than 24 hrs. later. The presentation was precious. Although I can never have my sweet Bear back the way he left, I know he was well taken care of.

I had been a client when Tony was the owner and stayed on after the sale. Sadly when the new owners took over you could tell they did not care about me or my pets and prices skyrocketed. I stayed. The treatment had always been marginal but sickeningly I tried to get through to the owners and was told everyday for a month they were in meetings and we're not available. Every day. I was told by the lady who answered the phone I needed to speak with them about the question I had despite the fact I had my pets bodies waiting and her response was, ' Yeah, you'll have to talk to her.' It was a PRICE I was asking about and there was no compassion or concern or proactive action taken to facilitate this. This was the same person I dealt with for 5-7+ years. They do not care about the people or the pets. They do not care about how hard this is for you and your family. They do not care about professionalism or compassion. They have no desire to be helpful or even the basic of all actions, to be kind; they DO care about capitalizing on your grief by robbing you blind, treating you badly, and not caring about how hard this is for you because this is their business, not their pet. I waited a year to write this review to see if I was still hurt and we all are. Nothing erases the degrading way we were treated in our time of need. They are in the wrong business. They should be in a business where human compassion or interaction is not involved. That is where they would shine.

Seriously the best place to help you through such a hard time! They helped me when my cat of 18 years passed away and I was a heart broken mess! Then, they helped me again tonight MINUTES before they closed they let me come in and drop off my bunny who passed, I had no money to pay for her and they still accepted her to be in a group cremation. Amazing people !
