Awesome service! I purchased my brakes through Auto Zone thinking I would find someone to do them and ended up wanting a professional job in the end. Called Craig's and they said they would allow me to bring in the parts and do the labor. Was able to get an appointment for a few days later. Asked that the car be finished by a certain time and it was done ahead of schedule. Easy drop off/pick up and everyone there was really nice! Great pricing. Will be back for future repairs/services.

They are the best. I had known Craig slightly before we moved to Lisle in 1994. They have always taken the very best care of our vehicles, even giving one of them a thorough assessment before we bought it. Now they are taking care of our granddaughter!

If I could give the team at Craig's Auto 10 stars I would! I was in a real pickle when my car overheated on my way to an out of town business meeting. I called Craig's on a recommendation from the nearby Advanced Auto Parts, explained the situation, and he said he could get me in right away. They were able to tell me the problem within a few minutes of me being there and had the quote and part ordered within a half hour. With a full radiator replacement and in such short notice I expected the repair to take most of the day. To my surprise they had it ready in about an hour and a half, with plenty of time for me to get to my scheduled meeting later that day.

You guys are a lifesaver!!

I recommend Craig's Auto without reservation!

Honest, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.....are only some of the reasons to get your car serviced at Craig's. I had the service engine indicator light go off on my dashboard and Craig's was able to accommodate a time with me to bring my car into the shop. They diagnosed the problem, offered me pricing to fix the issue, and had the work completed in a reasonable time frame. About a month after the service, my check engine light once again illuminated. I brought my car into the shop last week. They scanned it, told me the problem and were able to do a quick-fix without having to change the part out. They didn't charge me for the service and so far the light has stayed off. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Craig's Auto.

I've been using Craig's for well over 5 years and will continue to use them as long as I'm in the area. They are friendly, willing to go out of their way to help, and reasonably priced. They also stand behind any parts the put in your vehicle.
