I usually love this store because of their unique selection of gear. Whether vintage, new, or somewhere in between, as long as I’ve lived in Weatherford, I’ve been happy. 5 days ago I bought an amp head from them thinking I needed it for a gig 10 days from then. As it turns out, I don’t need the amp head and went in to get my money back for it. Only having owned it for five days, the two guys that “helped” me both assumed that I only needed it for a day, or went and bought something else. Almost as if I were some crappy person using it as a car rental agency. I felt incredibly disrespected and I will no longer be giving them my business or be sending them anymore. I have worked in retail before, and that is just flat out awful customer service. I’m so disappointed in this store and the way that they treat well-meaning individuals who frequent their establishment.

Craig’s Music employs excellent staff with knowledgeable individuals who REALLY know exactly what they’re doing. Plus they’re not pretentious enough to act like what they know is the “end all be all”, if they don’t know they find out. There guitar selection is pretty rad and not overwhleming like Guitar Center or other music stores. Plus, Andrew Horne, who made a review post, violated policy of the store. Flyers are posted very clearly in the store, the customer has 24 hours to decide if they like there product or not. He chose to keep it for five days, thus the staff had somewhat right to feel like they got screwed over, in my opinion. They aren’t guitar center. These guys are super and know there product and people well. Because I’m the end, when GC crashes or any other fad, in the music industry, crashes, who is going to save you when you have gear problems/questions or desires? THE LOCAL STORES

I grew up hanging around this shop.  A true guitar/music shop.  After I left town and joined the Marines, they sent me guitar strings while overseas.  I love this place!
