I am a licensed Realtor in the TN & MS Region and I called this company to get an insurance quote for my buyers who are closing this evening on their first home. I spoke with Pat and she was terrible. She said that she wasn't interested in giving me a quote because it was Friday and the First day of the month. She did not give me the time of day and I am SO thankful that I did not ask my buyers to call this company and price check. Any respectable insurance Agency that I've dealt with would be happy to give a last minute quote and give their company the opportunity to build its business. Very disrespectful and unprofesssional. I would not recommend this company.
