As a first time renter, I was worried that maybe this complex wouldn't be the best or that there would be underlying problems, but I have loved living here since I moved in! I think there is great communication between the leasing office and the people who live here. I love the amenities, and I love that they keep a sense of community by holding movie nights and stuff. Definitely a great place to live!

I lived in this place for 3 years and its a nice place to be in.  I would like to list Pros and Cons here.
Pros: 
* Kids friendly community
* Neat and Clean inside and out
* Recent Mgmt team who are willing to address concerns (Current mgmt team is better than previous one in 2016.
* Excellent snow removal during winter
* Social events conducted during late spring and early summer
* Clean maintenance of landscapes and play area

Cons:
* Addressing the maintenance issues takes longer time (Previous team had better turn-around time.)
* Few residents don't pick up after pet
* Parking on one side of the circle is cramped, but other side has lots of parking.

Overall experience in staying here was excellent.  Current management (Alicia) team is very friendly and keeps the standard high.

They didn't tell me that their apartment had been infected with roaches for over 10 monthes before i moved in. Never able to reach the person I look for the phone. Extremely slow on dealing with financial issues along with many incidents that seem to me as attempts to overcharge without me knowing. Their apartment is disgusting and employees tragically slow. Just save the hassle and don't do it with them. They are the worst leasing office I've dealt with.

This place has been okay to live, however they do not check dogs like they say they do. There is alot of bully breeds and people do not pick up after their large dogs. Residents don't know how to park so there are may spots that are unusable and parking is scarce on one side of the complex. People park in reserved spots that do not even pay for it.
