Beautiful and expansive building owned by great individual.  The Philadelphia Photo Arts Center and Second Street Press are located here.  Both are great businesses where one can learn more about the arts, and get creative.  Great artists work here!

Really cool gallery space! We went when they were hosting art for the cash poor, so there were lots of vendors set up, and food trucks and music!
