The nurses were very nice, but tense. There were no other patients I could see. 
I had an afternoon appointment, got there early to fill out paperwork.
I waited a while, was taken into the inner office, and put in a small room to wait.
Finally, there was a tap on the door, I thought it would be Dr. Crane. It was a nurse asking to move me to another room where I would "be closer to Dr. Crane."
They put me into a smaller room, and left me there to wait, ...wait and wait.
After one hour and fifteen minutes I walked out.
I can see why he has no practice.
