I have been going here for 6 years, sporadically, but enough times that the employees recognize me. Now, I am not sure that I will return. I have always have been happy with the manicures/ pedicures and also the way they treat my young daughter. However, their credit card machine was having issues and they charged my debit card twice for Mani/pedi on Saturday. I showed them the pending charge on my phone banking app. They said when the charge actually posted, and they could see it was there twice, they would refund me or give me a gift card. Today, I went there to collect that and was told, no, there is only one charge and so they won't refund me. I showed the two charges on the phone screen and reminded how their machine was acting up on Saturday. It is very obvious looking at my phone banking app that this is a duplicate charge. I am disputing the charge with the bank. I am hesitant to go there again. It's dissapointing that they would  lose a regular customer over $30. My mother in law and daughter were  there two weeks ago and spent over $100. This episode is very poor customer service. I would have been thrilled to have a gift card. If you choose to go, use cash only.

I have been going here for over a year. I love the staff (they are super kind and friendly), but get so frustrated because I constantly have to go back in between fills to fix chips and the gel nail polish (that I pay extra for to stay on) usually peels off within a few days. I simply don’t have the time in my schedule to spend there every week, for something that should last a few weeks at the least. I’m bummed that this salon didn’t work out for me. :(

worst $50 spent! the service was terrible and the people were rude. they rushed into doing my nails i had to sit the whole time uncomfortably so the tech can work on my nails to my right. they were speakin out loud about wanting to go home and tht their head hurts yadda yadda so unprofessional why allow the appointment for tht time if ur goin to complain she took my cuticles off dry didnt even soak or nothing while workin on my nails bc she was in a rush never again.

Good service. Had an appointment for myself, my mom, and my daughter and we only waited a few mins to be taken. They treated my 7 year old like a princess. She loved it.
